Grocr hjelper familier med å planlegge middager og dele en handleliste. Vi samler bare inn det appen trenger for å gjøre det, vi selger ingen data, og appen har verken reklame eller sporing.

Hvem som er ansvarlig

Grocr drives av Christian Skovborg Gule, som er behandlingsansvarlig for personopplysningene som beskrives her. Kontakt oss på support@grocr.io.

Hva vi lagrer

• Konto: navnet og e-postadressen fra innloggingen med Apple eller Google. Logger du inn med Apple, lagrer vi også en nøkkel fra Apple slik at vi kan trekke tilbake Grocrs tilgang når du sletter kontoen.
• Familien: familienavn, hvem som er medlem og eier, og invitasjoner.
• Det dere legger inn: oppskrifter, ukemeny, handlelister og hvem som la til eller krysset av en vare.
• På telefonen: innloggingsnøkler (i telefonens sikre lagring) og valgt språk og utseende.

Alt dere legger inn i familien, er synlig for alle medlemmene i den familien, og bare for dem.

Hvem som behandler data for oss

• Convex drifter databasen og serveren vår, i EU (Irland).
• TypeSafe (modellen jev) får navnet på nye varer, for eksempel «halloumi», for å plassere dem i riktig avdeling. Den får ikke vite hvem du er.
• Expo leverer appoppdateringer til telefonen din.
• Apple og Google står for innloggingen når du velger dem. Vi får aldri passordet ditt.

Hvorfor og på hvilket grunnlag

Vi bruker opplysningene for å levere tjenesten du har bedt om (avtale, GDPR art. 6 nr. 1 b): kontoen din, familien din og den felles handlelisten.

Hvor lenge

Vi lagrer opplysningene så lenge du har en konto. Sletter du kontoen, slettes kontoen og innloggingsdataene dine med en gang. Det du har lagt til i en familie med andre medlemmer, blir værende for dem uten navnet ditt. Er du eneste medlem, slettes familien og alt i den. Se Slett konto.

Rettighetene dine

Du kan be om innsyn i, retting av, sletting av og en kopi av opplysningene dine ved å skrive til support@grocr.io. Du kan også klage til Datatilsynet.

Barn

Grocr er laget for familier, men kontoer er for personer som er 13 år eller eldre.

Endringer

Endrer vi denne erklæringen, oppdaterer vi datoen øverst, og vesentlige endringer varsler vi om i appen.

Privacy

Grocr helps families plan dinners and share a grocery list. We collect only what the app needs to do that, we don't sell data, and the app has no ads or tracking.

Who is responsible

Grocr is run by Christian Skovborg Gule, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at support@grocr.io.

What we store

• Account: the name and email address from signing in with Apple or Google. If you sign in with Apple, we also keep a token from Apple so we can revoke Grocr's access when you delete your account.
• Your family: the family name, who is a member and owner, and invites.
• What you add: recipes, the week's menu, grocery lists, and who added or ticked off an item.
• On your phone: sign-in keys (in the phone's secure storage) and your chosen language and appearance.

Everything you add to your family is visible to all members of that family, and only to them.

Who processes data for us

• Convex runs our database and server, in the EU (Ireland).
• TypeSafe (the jev model) receives the names of new items, such as "halloumi", to place them in the right store section. It doesn't learn who you are.
• Expo delivers app updates to your phone.
• Apple and Google handle sign-in when you choose them. We never see your password.

Why, and on what basis

We use the data to provide the service you asked for (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): your account, your family and the shared grocery list.

How long

We keep the data while you have an account. When you delete your account, your account and sign-in data are deleted straight away. What you added to a family with other members stays for them, without your name. If you're the only member, the family and everything in it is deleted. See Delete account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data by writing to support@grocr.io. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Norway, Datatilsynet).

Children

Grocr is made for families, but accounts are for people aged 13 or older.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top, and we announce material changes in the app.
